The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.2 has submitted proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner No.1 as a Peon. The same is not yet decided. The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2. 3.

In case, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner No.1 as Junior Clerk, which is at Page No.7, is pending with Respondent No.2 and Respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law and policy, preferably within a period of six months.
