Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.P.P. for the State and the learned counsel for the depositor. 2.

The applicant was granted temporary bail till 20.04.2024 to attend the daughter's marriage. A specific direction was issued to applicant to surrender before the concerned Jail authority till the evening of 20.04.2024.

Learned counsel for the depositor submits that till date he did not surrender.

Learned counsel for the applicant tried his level best to take instructions, whether the applicant has surrendered.

The applicant has violated the bail conditions prior to considering his bail on merit. Apprehension of absconding is ground to reject the bail application. The conduct of the applicant is sufficient to believe that he may flee away and avoid the trial. For this reason, he does not deserve bail.

Hence, the application stands dismissed.
