P.C. :- The learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that in view of the liberty granted by this Court under order dated 29th August, 2023, the applicant would move afresh before the Sessions Court for grant of bail, on expiry of six month's period as indicated in the said order and seeks liberty to withdraw the present application.
