2) Learned counsel for the appellant is heard for admission purpose. Appeal is admitted. Notice after admission. It is waived by learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

2 Appeal 100/2015 3) Criminal Application No.538 of 2015 is filed for suspension of substantive sentence. The appellant is convicted and sentenced for offences punishable under sections 307 and 323 of Indian Penal Code and maximum sentence of imprisonment of one year is imposed. Fine is also imposed. Learned counsel for the appellant made a statement that entire fine amount has been deposited and the trial Court has suspended the substantive sentence. 4) In view of these circumstances, the application is allowed. Substantive sentence is suspended. The appellant is to be released on bail on his furnishing PR and SB of Rs.15,000/-.
