Mr. Rodge, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was before this Court by the present petition seeking directions to release non salary grants to the petitioner Ashram school.

Mr. Rodge, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that during pendency of the petition, the amount of non salary grants is already disbursed, as such, the purpose of approaching this Court is served, as no grievance survives. He prays for withdrawal of the petition.
