We have heard the learned Counsel for the respective parties.

It is not disputed that the petitioner has raised an objection before the Competent Authority. The said objection is referable under section 3H (4) of the National Highways Act, 1956 and the said objection (page 125) is not yet decided. 3.

The Competent Authority shall decide the objection raised by the petitioner (Page 125) expeditiously and preferably within a period of one month from the date of appearance of the parties.

If the amount is not disbursed, the same shall not be disbursed till the decision of the objection. 5.

The parties shall appear before the Competent Authority on 18th March, 2019.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
