The Petitioners challenge the advertisement issued for selection of Kotwal.
Learned AGP raises a preliminary objection that Petitioners have
911-913 wp1299.15 ors.odt alternate efficacious remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.
In light of that, though the learned counsel for the Petitioners sought to canvass submissions on merits, we are not inclined to consider the same.
The writ petitions are disposed of with liberty to the Petitioners to avail the alternate remedy available. All contentions are kept open. No costs.
