The present petition is filed for following reliefs. "B) That by issuing writ of mandamus of any other appropriate writ, order or directions in like nature, the respondent No.4 may kindly be directed to decide the representation dated 18.12.2023 and 12.01.2024 (Exh.D, E & F) within stipulated period by further granting permission for disciplinary action and recovery of house and travelling allowance.

C) That by issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions in like nature, the respondent authorities

WP_1954_2024 may kindly be directed immediately stop the house rent allowance of the employees not residing within the radius of 1 k.m. of the petitioners school and further to enquire in to the representation made by the petitioners management dated 18.12.2023 and 12.01.2024 (Exh. E, E & F) and further take appropriate action on the said.

D) Pending hearing and final disposal of this writ petition the respondent No.4 may kindly be directed to grant permission for initiation of disciplinary action against the employees who have not residingw tihin the premises of ashram school in view of the Government Resulution dated 23.01.2019."

Heard learned Advocate Mr. A.N. Kakade for the petitioner and learned AGP Mr. V.M. Jaware for State.

The petition can be disposed of in view of the issue raised. Further, the learned AGP is submitting the copy of the written instructions, which he has received. It is taken on record by marking Exh.'A'. It appears that there is a Government Resolution dated 23.01.2019 and in view of the statement by the petitioner that some of the employees are not following the said Government Resolution and, therefore, representations have been made on 18.12.2023 and 12.01.2024 to respondent No.4. Since those are pending with respondent No.4, those

WP_1954_2024 representations will have to be decided by the said authority. On written instructions Exh. 'A', the learned AGP submits that those representations would be decided within one month.

The writ petition stands disposed of with direction to respondent No.4 to decide the representations dated 18.12.2023 and 12.01.2024 filed by the petitioner within a period of one month from today. ( S.G. CHAPALGAONKAR, J. ) ( SMT. VIBHA KANKANWADI, J. ) agd
