The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner on compassionate ground is pending with the Education Officer since the year-2018.

The learned A.G.P. appears for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner on compassionate ground (Page No.31) is pending with Respondent No.2, then Respondent No.2 shall decide the same

The Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
