Learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that the proposal in respect of grant of regular pay scale to the petitioner, after completion of his tenure as Shikshan Sevak, is pending for consideration with the Deputy Director of Education, Pune. In the circumstances, this petition can be disposed of with a direction to Respondent No.3 to take decision on the proposal forwarded by the Management in respect of grant of regular pay scale in favour of the petitioner on completion of three years period as Shikshan Sevak, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within three months from today; and it is accordingly directed.

Writ Petition stands disposed of.
