This Court vide order dated 23.09.2010 had allowed this civil revision application to be converted in appeal subject to completing all formalities including filing of appeal memo, Court fees, etc. Said order has been passed five years back, still no steps are taken. It is submitted by the learned counsel that, the petitioners are not responding to him.
