During speaking to minutes, the learned counsel for applicant submits that the order is not making any meaning. He submits that when application was moved for giving permission to withdraw the amount deposited by M.S.R.T.C. before this Court, there is no such specific order made by this Court. It appears that the order is not correctly framed. There is possibility that the stenographer who was there on that day was new and due to that, it is not correctly typed. In view of this circumstance, the following order is made.

The aforesaid application is allowed. Permission is granted to the applicant to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court by M.S.R.T.C.
