This is an application for amendment.

According Mr.Talekar, learned counsel for the Applicants, the Applicants want to bring on record the subsequent development which has taken place.

According to Mr.Varmaa, learned counsel for the Respondents, the amendment sought is beyond the scope of the writ petition and has no concern with the writ petition.

It is trite that the merits of the amendment application are not required to be considered while dealing with the amendment application. Even otherwise non-Applicants will have an opportunity and liberty to controvert the averments sought to be introduced by way of amendment. In light of the above, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A). Necessary amendment be carried out within 14 (fourteen) days.
