1] Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have given applications for regularization of the services of the petitioners as Kendra Pramukh on the basis of the Government Resolution dated 16.02.2018. The same are pending fore more than one year. It is not decided. 2] Learned AGP accepts notice for respondent nos.1 to 3. Mr.P.D.Suryawanshi, learned counsel waives notice for respondent no.4.

3] In case the applications of the petitioners for regularization of the services of the petitioners as Kendra Pramukh on the basis of the Government Resolution dated 16.02.2018 are pending with respondent no.4, then respondent no.4 shall decide the said applications, on its own merits, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six [6] months. 4] Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
