An affidavit in reply has been presented on behalf of respondents wherein it has been stated that total three plots have been allotted under the rehabilitation measures to the family of the petitioner. Father and three brothers of the petitioner have been allotted plots at Sr.Nos.58, 53, and 54, and as such, the petitioner is disentitled to claim a separate plot. It is further stated that the list of allottees was finalized in the year 1998 and plots were allotted to concerned persons. The petitioner is considered as a member of family of his father and on such consideration, total three plots have been allotted in the family of the petitioner. 2.

In view of the explanation tendered in the affidavit in reply, the grievance raised by the petitioner in this writ petition does not deserve consideration.
