The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Tribe

( 2 ) wp 1280.18 Certificates are issued to the petitioners by the Sub Divisional Officer. The proposal is not accepted by the committee on the ground that the Tribe Certificates are not issued in Form 'C'. 2.

The learned A.G.Ps. accepts notice for the respondents. 3.

In case, the certificates issued to the petitioners are not in the appropriate form then, the petitioners shall surrender the original certificates received by them from the S.D.O. and the S.D.O. on confirming genuineness of the said certificates shall issue the certificates in Form 'C'/ appropriate form expeditiously. The same shall be done within 4 weeks from the date of surrender of original certificates of the petitioners. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. [ A. M. DHAVALE, J. ] [ S. V.
