After arguing at length, when learned advocate for petitioner was asked whether any application is filed by petitioner before R.T.O. seeking deletion of the vehicle owned by petitioner from black list, on instructions, he submits that no such application is filed so far. He seeks permission to file such application within a period of two weeks from today.

Writ petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for by petitioner.
