By the present petition, the Petitioner is seeking appointment on full time post of Shikshan Sevak considering the service rendered; as per the Government Resolution and the policy of Government. 3.
The brief facts of the case is that the Petitioner was appointed as a part time Shikshan Sevak in junior college of respondent no.3, on 24.08.2013. In the year 2016, the Petitioner completed 3 years on the same post and, thereafter, he became entitled to be continued as full time Teacher. The Petitioner continued to be in service as a part time Shikshan Sevak. As such, he made representation to fill up the said post on full time basis. In 2001, it is stated that the State formulated a policy, wherein a candidate appointed as part-time Shikshan Sevak is required to work for 6 years; so as to complete the service of 3 years on full time basis and, thereafter, the said candidate is entitled to be continued as full time Teacher and on such appointment he is entitled to receive salary as per the entitlement of the full time Teacher. 4.
In the instant case, it is stated that the Petitioner has continued to serve for a period of six years as part-time Shikshan Sevak. It is also stated that even after the continuation and, although, the Petitioner had become entitled for the post of full time Teacher, the Petitioner's proposal is not considered by the State Authority to appoint
3 WP3322.2020 him to the post of full time Teacher. Considering the same, the present Writ Petition is filed.

Today, the learned counsel for the Petitioner is not present before this court. However, considering the submissions of the Respondents and the submissions made in the petition, we deem it appropriate to direct the Petitioner to make appropriate proposal for his appointment as a full time teacher to the Management within a period of four (04) week's from today. If such a proposal is made by the Petitioner to the Management / Respondent No.3, the same shall be submitted by the Management to the appropriate authority i.e. Respondent No.2 within a period of another four (04) week's thereafter. On such proposal being received by the State / the State Authority shall decide the said proposal within a period of three (03) months thereafter. 6.
With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
