The Petitioner prays that the Change Report bearing Outward No.10/2023 be decided out of turn.

We are aware of the pendency before the Charity Commissioner's office, more specifically with regard to the change report enquiry cases. Pendency is quite large. Moreover, we have no reason to treat this Petition as a special case and pass an order that the change report of 2023 should be decided out of turn. Several litigants are in queue and each one desires his case be decided at the earliest. We are, therefore, not inclined to issue any direction with regard to the out of turn hearing in the change report of the Petitioner. Needless to state, the Authority
