Present application has been filed for withdrawal of amount. Taking into consideration the fact that the insurance company is challenging the quantum, applicants No.1, 5 and 6 are allowed to withdraw amount of Rs.2,00,000/- each upon submission of the undertaking that, they will make good the said amount if directed at the time of final decree in the appeal. Said undertaking to be given on or before 12-07-2019.
