The learned Advocate for the respondents submits that the main proceeding before the Additional Divisional Commissioner challenging the order passed by the learned Collector, Hingoli dated 21.10.2021 in File No.2021-Appeal-00013 itself is disposed off for non-prosecution by the petitioners. The order impugned in the petition is the interim order dated 03.01.2022 passed in the said Revision Petition. He submits that since the main proceeding itself is disposed off, the petition has become infructuous. He produced on record photocopy of certified copy of the order passed by the learned Additional Divisional Commissioner dated 30.11.2022. Said copy is taken on record and marked "X" for the purpose of identification. 02.
