After arguing the matter for some time, the learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks liberty to withdraw the petition. However, he prays that the District Collector / Additional District Collector, Parbhani, be directed to take decision on the application of the petitioner, dated 30th January 2015, expeditiously, since there are perishable articles in the hotel.

We, therefore, deem it appropriate to direct the Collector / Additional District Collector to decide the application of the petitioner within one week from today.

Accordingly, we direct the District Collector / Additional District Collector, Parbhani, to decide application of the petitioner dated 30th January 2015, as expeditiously as possible, however, within seven days from today. The Collector / Additional Collector shall hear the

(3) Cri. W.P. No. 155 of 2015 petitioners preferably on 4th February 2015, or if it is not convenient on that day, then on 5th February 2015. The petitioners be permitted to place on record, necessary documents in support of their contentions. All the contentions raised in this petition are left open to be agitated before the Collector / Additional Collector.

Save and except above directions, the Criminal Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Parties to act upon an authenticated copy of this order. In addition to the service of this order by the petitioner on the Collector / Additional Collector, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor shall communicate this order to the District Collector, Parbhani, during course of the day.
