Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the reasons for the delay were beyond the control of the applicant. The delay is not deliberate. The applicant was working in the private company, therefore, he could not get the leave to meet the lawyer and file the proceeding. Therefore, the delay is caused. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondents opposed the application contending that the reasons for seeking condonation are not legal and proper.

Perusal of the contents of the application reveal that the reasons for the delay is plausible. Therefore, it may be condoned. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

I) The application is allowed.

II) The delay caused in preferring the revision has been condoned. III) Registry is directed to register the revision. After registration, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 31.03.2023.
