Having considered the submissions of the learned Advocates for the respective parties and keeping in view the orders passed in connected litigation, this Writ Petition need not be kept pending. Hence, this Writ Petition is disposed off with the following directions:- A] As Respondent No.2 has already submitted a

(2) 907wp1080.24 demand letter dated 05-03-2024, to Respondent No.1, we direct Respondent No.1 to clear the said demand of funds and transmit the funds to Respondent No.2 within 45 days from today. B] After the funds are received by Respondent No.2, in coordination with Respondent No.3, the procedure laid down in the law shall be followed and Respondent No.3 shall then distribute the amount of Rs.29,58,984/-, within a period of further 45 days.
