Mr. Menezes, learned counsel submits that respondents be directed to consider the circular dated 06.03.2019 and issue validity certificate to the petitioner. The second cousin of the petitioner is issued with the validity certificate. 2.

The validation proceeding is pending with respondent no.2. Naturally, the Committee will consider all the relevant aspects of the matter while deciding the validation proceeding. The Committee shall endeavour to decide the same preferably within a period of four months from the date of appearance of the petitioner before the Committee. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 10.02.2020.
