The petitioner/ original plaintiff is aggrieved by the judgment and order dated 11.02.1997 delivered by the learned 6th Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Dhule by which, his RCS No.71/1996 for seeking possession and damages, has been dismissed.

This Court had not granted any interim relief to the petitioner. The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he could not develop any contact with the petitioner, despite his efforts. Even otherwise, since the judgment has been delivered in the suit, the petitioner will have to avail of the statutory remedy of an appeal. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. Rule is discharged.

In the event, the petitioner avails of the statutory remedy as
