It is stated that the decision has already been taken by the District Collector, Jalna, to release the difference in the monthly pay towards suspension allowance, for an amount of Rs.209760/-. Vide the communication dated 11.11.2020, the said decision is already announced. However, the payment has still not been made.

Considering the peculiar facts and circumstances of this case, we are entertaining this petition. The Writ Petition is disposed off with a direction to the District Collector, Jalna, to
