DATED : 16th November, 2017 PER COURT : - On 27.11.2000, this Court passed a reasoned order granting interim relief to the appellant and respondent no.1 in terms of prayer 'B', of which vacation is sought in Civil Application No. 2660 of 2006 moved by respondent no.1.

As interim relief is granted after hearing both the parties and same is in operation since last 17 years, the application for vacation of stay stands rejected.

So far as application for grant of interim relief is concerned, Civil Application stands disposed of in terms of order dated 27.11.2000.
