Contempt Petition No.125 of 2019 and Contempt Petition No.126 of 2019 are not on board and the same are taken on board. 2.

A common grievance raised in these contempt petitions was of non compliance of the order of this Court. It was submitted by Mr Khandare, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent - Institute, namely, Chhatrapati Shahu Shikshan Sanstha Akhada-

(3) Balapur, Tal. Kalamnuri, Dist. Hingoli that prior to filing of the present contempt petitions, the order of this Court is duly complied with. Learned Counsel for the petitioners admits this statement and further submitted that the grievance of the petitioners no more survives.

In view of above, the present contempt petitions are disposed of accordingly.
