Issue notice to the respondents. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 4. Mr. Girase, the learned counsel waives notice for respondent No.2. Mr. Bagul, the learned counsel wavies notice for respondent No.3. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that validation proceedings in respect of caste claim of the petitioner is pending with the committee, however, the respondents are not declaring the result of the petitioner who had appeared in the examination of first term of third year engineering course. 3.

We have heard the learned counsel for the respective parties. 4.

To get the validation proceedings decided within stipulated period is not in the hands of litigant. Learned AGP sates that it would take some time to decide the validation proceedings. In the light of that we pass following order: i.

The respondent No.4 Committee shall decide the validation proceedings expeditiously, preferably within nine months. The petitioner shall cooperate for expeditious disposal of the validation proceeding.

ii. Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall not withhold the result of examination, in which the petitioner has appeared, only on the ground that the validation proceedings are pending.
