The learned counsel for the applicants submits that respondent no.4 is a formal party. The civil application is filed for condonation of delay of 95 days in filing the first appeal. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicant is a widow and that she was awarded inadequate compensation. She also has to look after the education of the children and there is no major male member in her family and there is no other source of income.

In view of the same, the delay of 95 days caused in filing th first appeal is condoned. The civil application stands disposed of. 5.

The first appeal is admitted. On admission, the learned counsel waives notice for the respective respondent. Call R & P. Office objections, if any, to be removed within a period of four (04) weeks from today.
