The learned counsel for the applicants submits that arising out of the same project, similar delay has been condoned by this Court. The learned counsel further submits that the applicants are the poor agriculturists and their lands are compulsorily acquired and that this Court by order dated 17th October, 2022 in Civil Application No.11362 of 2022 in First Appeal Stamp No.14192 of 2022 along with connected matters has condoned the delay.
