Learned AGP on written instructions from the Deputy Director of the respondent/Caste Scrutiny Committee submits that the hearing is now scheduled on 12.03.2024 and final order would be passed in the petitioner's proposal within four weeks thereafter. We accept the statement as an undertaking to the Court.

The petitioner shall appear before the respondent/Scrutiny Committee on 12.03.2024. The Committee shall serve him a copy of the vigilance report on the same day.
