This appeal is placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat. Mr. Swapnil Dargad holding for Mr. S. G. Chapalgaonkar, learned counsel for the appellant / Insurance Company is present. Mr. Anup D. Mane holding for Mr. Amol S. Sawant learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 / original claimants is present. Mr. Sabahat T. Kazi , learned counsel for respondent No. 4 is present. Both parties are also present. 2.

The learned Advocates for both the parties submitted that they have amicably settled the lis.

The learned Advocate for appellant also placed on record 918-fa-186-12 with ca.odt

the compromise terms before us which are marked as Article - 'X' for the purpose of identifcation.

As such the appeals are disposed of in terms of the said compromise terms (Article- 'X').

The amount in terms of aforesaid compromise terms which is deposited in this Court be disbursed to the parties. 6.

It appears that respondent No. 3 Shital has now married with one Nyaneshwar Javre and, therefore, she is permitted to withdraw the amount of her share in her new name as mentioned in pursis dated 24.01.2022 annexed with compromise terms Article 'X'.

The Court fee refund certifcate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959. 8.
