Heard. Since the Urs is over and the interim order was supposed to operate during the said period of Urs, no purpose would be served by continuing the proceeding of this petition. In that view of the matter, the petition stands disposed of as infructuous. 2.

However, we make it clear that the impugned order dated 28.12.2017 shall not be construed/interpreted to mean that said order would operate even for next year during the period of Urs.
