We have heard Mr. Tekale, learned counsel for respondent.

The recognition granted to the petitioner to run B.Ed. Course is withdrawn. The appeal filed against the same is dismissed.

Mr. Shinde, learned counsel submits that the petitioner has complied with all the deficiencies. However it was after the order was passed by the authority withdrawing the recognition of the petitioner to run B.Ed. Course for Academic Year 2020-2021.

Considering the contentions of the petitioner that the petitioner has complied with all the deficiencies, the petitioner may file

(2) 11-wp-1660-2020 appropriate application with the authority. The authority shall reconsider the case of the petitioner for the Academic Year 2020-2021 and may take decision upon it within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of application.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
