The Petitioner clarifies that a final order has not yet been passed by the Tahsildar. A request is made in terms of prayer clause B, which reads as under:- "B.

This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in like nature, directing the respondent No.3 and 4 to recalibrate the vehicle No.MH 42 AQ 5200 as requested by the petitioner and further it be directed that, if the weight found to be within permissible limit, then the respondent No.3 shall release the vehicle immediately by recalling the impugned notice dated 11.01.2024."

Considering several orders passed by various

*2* 969wp1289o24 Benches of this Court in similar matters, this Writ Petition is disposed off. The concerned Authority would carry out recalibration of the concerned vehicle, on or before 15.02.2024. Needless to state, if the weight of the vehicle is within the permissible limit, same may be released by following the due procedure laid down in law.
