This application is filed for condonation of delay of 2014 days in filing first appeal seeking enhancement of compensation.

Learned advocate for applicants states that in connected matters arising out of same acquisition, this Court has condoned the delay vide order dated 18.12.2019 passed in Civil Application No.9261 of 2019 in First Appeal (Stamp) No.35261/2018.

Learned AGP has strenuously opposed the applications stating that the delay is not properly explained and hence, the application may be dismissed.
