The applicants are some of the accused in Crime No.I-44 of 2011 registered with Kranti Chowk Police Station, Aurangabad, alleging offence punishable under sections 323, 498-A, 494, 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Respondent No.3 is the complainant, who made several allegations against her husband who is not before us and other accused including present applicants. In the meantime, there occurred compromise between the applicants and respondent No.3. They brought on record an affidavit to the effect that respondent No.3/complainant does not wish to continue this case against present applicants.
