By these two applications, the applicants desire that they be added as petitioners in the writ petition. Rest of the petitioners have no objection. The learned Advocates for the respondents submit that an appropriate order may be passed.

Considering the reasons set out in the application, CA No.4969/2022 is allowed. Mr.Natu himself appears for the applicants. Addition be carried out forthwith.

In CA No.4970/2022, the applicants pray for adding paragraph Nos. 13(a) to 13(c) and add two ground Nos. 9 and 10 and also add a prayer clause (B-1).

The learned Advocates for the respondents oppose. In the alternative they submit that if this Court entertains this application, they may be permitted to file an additional affidavit in reply. 5.

The petition is at pre-admission stage. Affidavit in reply are yet to be filed.

In view of the above, this civil application is allowed. The applicants shall amend the memo of the petition on or before 13.04.2022 and tender a freshly amended copy of the writ petition memo on or before the same date and supply the copies to the other side.

The respondents are at liberty to enter their affidavits in reply with proper pagination, on or before 22.04.2022. 8.

List this petition on 29.04.2022.
