Mr. Kale, the learned Counsel submits that the petitioners are issued notice by the respondents to execute the sale deed so as to receive the amount.

Mr. Patil, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the Authorities have asked the petitioner to execute indemnity bond only and not the sale deed, so as to release the amount.

The petitioner shall execute indemnity bond without prejudice to the rights and contentions of either parties and upon execution of such indemnity bond, the payment shall be released to the petitioner. The amount shall be released within one week from the execution of indemnity bond.

In view of that, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of.

If the parties have any grievance with regard to the nature of award, the parties are at liberty to assail the same before the appropriate Forum in accordance with law. 6.

No costs.
