Present petition has been filed for issuing directions to respondent No.2 to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner within a period of three months.

Learned AGP has taken written instructions. He is submitting it on record wherein it has been stated that the vigilance inquiry is completed and thereafter, hearing would be taken and after hearing the matter would be decided within a period of two months. 3.

As it appears that the inquiry is at the fag end, we would dispose of the present writ petition by issuing directions to respondent No.2 that the respondent No.2 should decide the tribe claim of the petitioner within a period of three months.
