The petitioner in both these petitions is the original respondent No.1 in Appeal Nos.20 and 21 of 2016, filed by the original appellants Shri Rahane Eknath Bhiwaji and Shri Waluj Navnath Bhausaheb. Both the appeals have been dismissed by judgment dated 8.8.2018, delivered by the School Tribunal and their termination dated 1.1.2013, at the hands of the Head Master, has been sustained. Both have filed Writ Petition Nos.13573 and 13578 of 2019.

These two petitions have been filed by the management on the ground that it is supporting the original appellants and is opposing the action initiated by their Head Master.

In my view, as the original appellants have already approached this Court by filing their individual writ petitions, I do not find that these two petitions deserve to be entertained merely because the management intends to support the original appellants. 4.

Both these petitions are, therefore, disposed off and all contentions of the litigation parties in the two pending petitions preferred by the original appellants, are kept open. ( RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J. ) ...
