1] Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2] The suit is at advanced stage and liberty cannot be granted to withdraw the suit and file the same on the same cause of action. The suit is simplicitor for injunction restraining the defendants from causing obstruction. In view of the same, I do not see any reason to interfere with the order passed by the trial Court. Hence, the present writ petition is dismissed.
