Heard learned counsel for applicant..

Perused the application. It has been submitted that the entire decretal amount awarded by the Tribunal in MACP No. 165 of 2006 has already been deposited by the applicant Insurance company. Therefore, the learned counsel requested to pass suitable orders. In view of submission, there is no propriety to keep the present application alive. The application for grant of stay stands disposed of accordingly.
