A) ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO.1950 OF 2022 :

Heard learned counsel for the appellant - acquiring body. The respondent despite service, remained absent. Today, the learned counsel for the acquiring body produced on record letter issued by concerned officer of acquiring body mentioning that almost 80% of the total compensation amount has been transmitted to the learned reference court. As such, the application is made absolute in terms of its prayer and disposed of.

B) ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO.1949 OF 2022 :

The appellant - acquiring body is seeking condonation of delay of 972 days, which appears to be caused due to obtaining sanctions at

2 920 ca 1949-22 various stages. There is no strong objection from other side and therefore the delay of 972 days in this application stands condoned. 2.
