We have heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned AGP.

The husband of the petitioner was appointed in 1997 but the post was brought on grant-in-aid in the year 2010. The petitioner claims that she would be governed by the old pension scheme under the Maharashtra Civil Service (Pension) Rules, 1982. 3.

The learned AGP submits that the full Bench of this Court at its principal seat under its judgment and

907-wp.2469-19.odt order dated 30.04.2019 in Writ Petition No.8387 of 2013 with other connected Writ Petitions has held that such employees would be governed by the DCPS.

In light of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.

The claim of the petitioner would be considered as per DCPS.
