Shri Deshmukh, learned counsel for the applicant makes a motion for withdrawal of the application with liberty to approach the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar for re-transfer of the Sessions Case No. 39 of 2015 to Shrirampur, in view of the transfer of the then District Judge-1 - Shri N.K. Chavan.

Application stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty, as prayed for.

It is made clear that transfer of earlier Presiding Officer Shri. N.K. Chavan will be taken into account by the learned Sessions Judge while dealing with the prayer for re-transfer, if moved by the applicant, before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar.
