Matter is moved for speaking to minutes of the order dated 31st January, 2025 in C.A. No. 1264 of 2025 in F.A. No. 266 of 2024. 2.

It is submitted that this court partly allowed the application for withdrawal and permitted applicants to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation deposited by Insurance Company alongwith interest accrued thereon. However, the words "alongwith interest accrued thereon" are missing.

Motion is allowed. The operative order in CA No. 1264 of 2025 would now read thus :-

O R D E R

"Application is partly allowed. Applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation deposited by Insurance Company alongwith interest accrued thereon, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Rest of the amount be kept in a Fixed Deposit, with a Nationalized Bank with renewal clause, till disposal of appeal. Civil application is disposed of." 4.

Necessary corrections be carried out. Corrected copy be uploaded.
