Heard the learned advocates of both the sides and perused the papers. 2.

This is a Family Court Appeal against the order of the Family Court thereby dissolving the marriage between the parties. 3.

The parties were referred for mediation. It was successful. Terms of the settlements were filed, however finding that there was a term in that compromise reviving the Family Court Appeal on failure of either of the parties to abide by the terms and conditions, which was illegal, the parties were directed to furnish fresh terms of compromise to be verified before the Registrar of District Court Latur.

Pursuant to such direction, both the sides tender across the bar the terms of the settlement duly verified before the Registrar, District Court Latur. They have agreed to resolve the dispute amicably by resuming cohabitation. We see no reason for refusing the terms of the compromise. The terms of compromise are read and recorded. The appeal is allowed in terms of prayer clause '

B'. It shall form part of the decree.

Pending Civil Application is disposed of.
